Losing an obscene amount of simmed games

Despite my team being an absolute juggernaut, if I sim I still lose to sub .500 teams like it's my job. It's been like this since at least NHL 12 for me as far as I remember. Am I the only person experiencing this? I literally can't sim through a decent portion of the season without tanking my record.

Yep, it sucks. I don't want to play all the games during my season...but even though my team is the top rated roster i still lose like 90% of the games I sim.

Yeah, I wouldn't say 90% of the games, but my team tends to have a poor record when I sim. I probably win 85% of the games I play though, which is also unrealistic, so I sim and it balances it out so that my record is realistic and I can advance through injury stretches or parts of the season I don't want to play.

I play 1 in every 4, so 3 simmed games in a row at a time, maybe 60 in a season. I'd say I was probably a bit above .500, maybe .600, on simmed game in season 2 with my Flames team. Finished the regular season with 43 wins.

I've found the same thing and it's really annoying that a team rated top 10 in the league can go on such horrible losing streaks. I simmed an entire season and the Capitals (a playoff team, or at the very least, one on the bubble) and they ended up 2nd to last in the league.

I've found that if I use the "Best Lines" feature, I get a better record on sim than if I set them myself. Even though the lines I set myself are far more balanced and make way more sense.
