Is 2k online association terrible like last year or more like ea version of madden?

Idk if you've already done research, but they didn't change it one bit from what I've seen. My friends and I haven't made it to the end of a season yet, so I can't judge the offseason, but if what I've seen is any indication, I'm sure it's the same as well! 2K14 is a recycled mess!!
