I Knew Recruiting The Son Of Jean Claude Van Damme Would Pay Off...

On an extra point attempt I noticed my RG flying backward in reaction to the DL diving for the block...It's a wanky animation that basically turns your OL into a human crash dummy that folds up and gets thrown backwards into your kicker...Upon further review, what looks like what should have been a season ending leg snapping injury became a moment for my kicker to overcome it ala Jean Claude Van Damme...So glad I activated my 90's action movie skill set before the game!

Funny shiz man lol. The flying backwards linemen has become rather annoying, I still haven't had a kick blocked by cpu. Has anyone?

Ya this is a glitch that several other people have noticed. Every extra point the RG looks like he is on ice skates and the defense nearly blocks the FG, but I've never had them actually block one yet.

As long as I don't get injuries and/or CPU doesn't start blocking the extra points I'm ok with it, but would be nice for it to get fixed.

For some reason he kicks out to block the safety off the edge, but changes his mind halfway there and goes for the DT instead.

Haven't had a kick blocked from it yet. Also, never been able to block a kick by user-ing the DT

I really do believe that field goals, extra points, and punts are scripted plays that are going to happen no matter what you do. Take one of your players and stand him directly in front of the punter before the ball is snapped. The ball will literally pass through your player as if he were a ghost. The punter will then receive the ball and kick it, with his body and kicking motion passing through your player, again, as if he were a ghost. I tried this to see what the animation for a blocked punt would look like. I stood my guy right by the punter, hoping to swat the punt down as it left the punter's foot. Never happened, the kick animation and punter's leg "phased" right through me. Did this on field goals and extra points also...same result. It is just not meant to be. Try for yourself, maybe I am just hallucinating or something.

In over 50 games on '14 ive blocked the grand total of 1 FG, with a CB off the offensive left edge
