I cannot for the life of me figure out how to send an online game request on ps3.

For example, when I beat someone and they want a rematch I have no idea how to send the game invite.

People send them to me but I'm simply unable to find the option. Im a long time online player and since NHL13 I've been hiding this secret.

HELP!!!
