Brooklyn Nine-Nine

New series starting TONIGHT on Fox.

From the creators of Parks & Recreation. Which, if that alone doesn't sell you, it should.

Stars Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, and has Chelsea Peretti in support. Among other people.

Reading around the interwebs at advance pilot reviews, it's supposed to be one of the most promising new comedies this season.

Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Have it set to DVR so I don't have to stop playing GTA and can watch it in 20 minutes instead of 30. Looking forward to it, I'm a big Andy Samberg fan

Apparently this is going to be Barney Miller for a 21st century audience. I'll be checking it out.

Really wanted to like this show, but the first one was uncomfortably bad. Only laughed once thanks to a Fred Armisen cameo. I doubt I give it another shot. I'll stick to Parks N Rec for my comedic sitcom.

Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine

It felt a bit forced and the premise is very cliched. (the jerk who eventually learns to become serious) I guess it'll be a long time yet for another truly good police workplace comedy.

I'll keep watching if only because Melissa Fumero is easy on the eyes.
