Say if I start a dynasty with a team that has a coach on the hotseat already like Mack Brown. If I have a horrible year with Texas like 3-9 then what happens after that? Never really tried before.

I started with UMass as the HC and was on the hot seat immediately. I went 2-10 and got fired after the first season.

Can somebody explain to me what happens in this scenario?
