Official Madden 25 Imported Draft Class Thread

Imported draft class threads seem to be pretty popular around here so I thought we could start a thread for questions and answers and general IDC discussion.

P.S. Mods, Swype messed up and didn't put thread at the end of the title. Anyway you could add it? Thanks!

Re: Official Madden 25 Imported Draft Class

Anyway, I just finished my second imported draft class last night. Fantasy draft league where I'm the Chargers. Me and my buddy got disconnected in the Super Bowl so we simmed and he won. I had #31 pick. Earlier in the year I had traded Arian Foster for a first rounder. Draft class had the Michigan OL, Clowney and Bridgewater as first three picks. I traded the extra first.rounder and my 2015 plus Adrian Clayborn for the #3 pick and took Clowney.

Came out 78 overall at DE but moved him to Lolb where he's a MONSTER 84 with low awareness. 92 finesse moves, 98 strength, 78 pursuit, 94 block shedding, 79 speed.

3 QB's in round one. Bridgewater, Manziel and Murray.

I took Sammy Watkins in the second round. 92 speed and release, low Acceleration and injury. 77

Round 3 Seantrel Henderson (LT). 77 Was projected 1st round but fell for whatever reason.

Round 4 Shayne Skov (MLB) 74 I haven't looked much into his ratings yet.

Round 5 (Homer pick) Jemea Thomas 77 overall corner.

Round 6 (Homer pick) Louis Young 71 overall corner

Round 7 DT Shackleford (MLB) 66

Everything looked good except WAY too many WR's in the class and undrafted. Projected second rounders in free agency. Also, most everyone in the late rounds are still 70 in the overalls instead of 60-

Re: Official Madden 25 Imported Draft Class

I imported a NCAA 14 draft class from my Army dynasty but some of the players are underrated. I traded up and got the 17th pick in the draft to make sure I can draft Tajh Boyd, but his speed and agility are only rated C- when I scout him. In real life, Boyd is the fastest QB in college football.

Boyd ended up in round 2 for me. He definitely isn't the fastest. I'd say he's about 80 to 84 speed Madden wise. Similar runner to EJ Manuel

Re: Official Madden 25 Imported Draft Class

Take a look at these attributes:
QB throw accuracy
WR catching attributes
OL blocking
CB coverage

What would you say the average is for these areas?

Let me know what you think?

The best QB is Bridgewater with 89 89 83 but the average accuracy for short and medium are low 80's with mid to high 70's DAC. Undrafted QB's have high 60's to 70's accuracy wise.

Blocking: All the high rounders have mid 80's in all three blocking attributes. Mid and low rounders are between 68-78

Marqise Lee was the first WR picked and has 88 catching, 86 spectacular catch and 86 CIT. 84 86 83 for Watkins. On average, WR's seem to have low to mid 70's in all the catching attributes.

My CB's I got in the 6th and 7th have 82 MCV, and 82 ZCV. Second has 83/85. On average they have mid 70's with the first CB taken being 81/92

All in all, I'd say imported draft class player are rated a little higher than they should be, but it's not bad enough to where it ruins the game. Doesn't seem to be many Superstars either.

Re: Official Madden 25 Imported Draft Class Thread

How do you guys get underclassmen to declare? I have Clowney at 99, DeAnthony Thomas at 96, etc. but they won't come out. I thought I read it is tied to awareness, is this true?

I used an OS roster as my base (not sure which as I saved it as "OS") and did NDAlums attribute edits for players.
