Skill Tree
Sorry if this is already a thread, but I couldn't find it.
I was wondering if anyone has had the issue where they take another job and the game doesn't reset their skill tree. I was a level 20 OC for Colorado and took the HC job at Utah, i'm a level 20, but have nothing on my skill tree and 0 available upgrades. Im not sure if its supposed to be this way or not. Thanks.
