Usually in 1337, 3 is E, and 5 is S. but it can also be used anyway. Like 4L3KS is Aleks. 5\/\/46 is Swag. It's anything.

But since I see Ronnie use R in this, it could be Crew based on this

3 - Get rid of that middle/reverse it (C)
R - R
3 - Backwards E
3 - Sideways W
5 - S

CREWS.

But who knows.

I'm sure everyone is gonna say Crew based off what I just interpret this as. But, 1337 is a universal language and can have different meanings.
