POST YOUR RATINGS FORMULAS HERE PLEASE!!!

It seems like everyone has their own formulas for calculating ratings, and I was wondering if anyone wanted to share those. I know we have some calculators, and they look great, but as far as speed, and arm strength and whatnot, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to work those on the calculators, specifically speed. If anyone has any formulas they'd like to share, for ANY statistic, I'd like to take a look. I'm slowly starting to piece together a calculator that will hopefully cover everything we/I need. Thanks!
