Head to head problem/question

So I have played a little head to head. I made it to the finals of season 1 and and lost in the championship. I moved in to season two, won a couple of games, then stopped doing head to head for a couple days and did some solo challenges. Today I went back to head to head and after a couple times of it telling me the servers were down I got through, but to my surprise I was only on level 1. My record was the same as it should have been, and all of my games are shown on the seasons history page, but I am on level 1 and my "game#" stays the same every time and the two games I just won now don't show up on the season 1 page, but do on the history page. The last four ga,Ed I played when I was in season 2 show up on season 1 page, and they were in order - W W W L. My history shows zero demotions and zero promotions.

What is the problem?
Anyone else have this issue?

I also think I am getting less coins for winning than I used to.
