Coach Skill Tree Reset and error

Is anyone else having the issue where all your coaching skills reset after joining or advancing a online dynasty? Also your not able to gain points in game. If so have you figured out a solution? If your like me you haven't been able to start your dynasty due to this.

If you look around there are a lot of threads about online being messed up. I have seen a lot about coach skills not working, among numerous other complaints regarding online play.

Yeah I saw a bunch of people with the same issue is mine but doesn't seem anyone has a solution was hoping I could find the solution if there is one other than patch.
