No Coach Skill Points

During the off-season, both of my coordinators were hired as head coaches at different programs. In return, two former head coaches took over my OC and DC positions. The OC is level 21 and the DC is level 8. However, both have no points available for upgrades. Is this a glitch, or are there no points available because they were head coaches and not coordinators in their previous programs?

I have the same issue. My new O coordinator is a level 21 guy with nothing unlocked. I'm hoping once i eventually level him he gets all 22 of points he should have.

I have the same issue. I have a case opened with EA on this topic. Still waiting for a response, but its only been 2 days.

Is this for offline dynasty or online?

My issue deals with an online dynasty.

Same deal for me. DC is level 18 with no points. I did notice in the offseason there was one point where it said 18 points available but that went away.

Mine is online dynasty too.
