Online Dynasty, able to edit player attributes?

I have an online dynasty with a few friends. Earlier, I went to the "edit roster" under team management to change the looks of my players. It appears that I can also edit their rating attributes. I even added a couple points to one guys "strength" and then backed out and loaded up the dynasty again to check, and his new rating was the same as I had edited.

This is lame. Is it b/c I am the commissioner or can anyone in the dynasty do this?

You're the only one that can edit the player ratings. I jumped on my online dynasty that i'm not the commish. of and I was unable to change them.

It's been like that for a couple of years. Like was said, only the commish can change ratings, everything else is editable by anyone. It's a good idea to keep an eye on WR/DB height. It does help iron out some unrealistic measurements though. I usually change those 6'2"230lb speed backs to something more logical, and the 230lb DT's.
