With all the trades going down, It's really early to say but now we can see who the powerhouses are, the team that have gone really downhill, and the teams that look promising. If 2k14 came out today (or as of the date you post) , What team would you use?

I'd personally roll with the Pelicans. They have a promising young core in Evans, Davis, Gordon (who might be traded though) , and Holiday and if they all do solid without severe injuries, they could easily make the playoffs in the west. Not to mention Rivers has been looking good in the Summer League, and if Ryan Anderson doesn't get traded, you cannot forget about him.

The Nuggets take the cake for me. With Iggy gone they have cap space to sign any player on the market.

Also liking Dallas, make the Calderon-Ellis duo a brutal 1-2 punch. They also have Shane Larkin. Loved that dude in Miami.

Was gonna do the Celtics since they started rebuilding, but since one of my favourite YouTube commentators are gonna use them, I'm probably gonna lose motivation to do mine.

Anyway, I'm still not sure but I'm deciding between the Sixers, Bobcats and Raptors. I still may do the Celtics but it's unlikely.

Did you missed that they traded Holiday for Pick#6 Nerlens Noel?

Probably the Nets; I like them and they've had a great offseason. Maybe the Warriors or Rockets though.

I have a plan on using the Houston Rockets, making a few minor trades, and rolling into the first offseason with enough cap space to bring in one more big name (maybe LeBron or Melo).

SG - James Harden

C - Dwight Howard
