Having trouble figuring out how to offer a scholarship to a player in recruiting. I see some teams ahead/below me on the list of schools have offered yet i dont see an option to do so.

Do I just need to hit a certain point total or anything? Or maybe they are just automatically offered when put on the board?

U have to have 50 points to offer a scholly
