Named Roster Question

I'm relatively new to the board and have a quick question:

Is there a consensus on the best place to get named rosters that also have roster changes (transfers, etc) but no ratings adjustments? In the past I've used VolsTopFan and GamingTailgate.

Your help is appreciated.

There is a team putting then together through Operation Sports. Most accurate rosters I've ever used. There will be a post when they are finished.

Yep. When you download it, just make sure you actually have it loaded.

I believe the commish is the one who "chooses" the roster to use.

Roster questions:

Which roster will we be able to use online? That one should be names only, right? And about when should that be available?

And also, I'm assuming that the "community rosters" will have some more in depth changes like transfers and such, so will those release at a later date correct?

I'm on PS3

In online head to head games you can only use the named default roster. For everything else you can use the community rosters that have the changes. The default named roster is usually done by 2 or 3 days after. But of course it all depends on how fast the menus are. How many people are entering. And if they got it early release. I'm sure someone on OS will be made aware and let the rest of us know.
