No huddle sim vs. exploit

Hey guys, as NCAA 14 draws nearer, and I prepare to venture into ranked online again, I wanted to gather some opinions.

When does the no huddle offense cross the line from simulation gameplay to an exploit?

The reason I ask is because I really enjoy using custom playbooks, especially with a spread option flavor, and I wanted to know when it is considered "sim" to use no huddle, so that I don't use the no huddle in an exploit situation.

Re: No huddle sim vs. exploit

Well, with the no huddle being driven off of personnel restricted packages this year, I think it's far less exploitable than last year. I think you're good, man,

I think they took this aspect in the right direction this year, big time

Some would say using custom playbooks in itself isn't sim. Use the school you are using playbook.

Generally, just huddle when the clock stops.

What about a long gain down the field that is pushed out of bounds? I know you said generally, but I just wanted to qualify.

Until the fix the dang time it takes to pick a play on no huddle, there is nothing sim about it.

Unless you're within 2 minutes of the end of a half the clock doesn't stop when you go out of bounds.

This

A play can be picked and snapped just about as fast as you can get set
