I always start my first dynasty by building a 1* program up. I've been out of the loop on uniform changes for this past season. Any jerseys that stand out to you? 1 * programs only.

We don't know team prestiges yet. Sure some teams are logical guesses to be 1*s, but we don't know for sure and certainly don't know them all.

I'd say Utah State and Lousiana have been bumped to 2 *'s

They were last year (I'm pretty sure they were the only BCS 1*).
