Simulating Losses

Anyone know of a quick easy way to simulate losses?

I know this sounds weird but I just got halfway through the season in 2K12 and am like almost 30 games above .500 but want to have some drama in the last month of the season so I'd like to find a way to simulate while guaranteeing a loss. I tried swapping my whole pitching staff for my single A players and still won like 5 out of 8!

Any other suggestions?

You could go into the Edit Player option, again probably focus on SPs, and change their ability levels so they are absolutely terrible players.
