Stride difficulty slider

I have absolutely no clue if this slider actually does anything.

I tried changing it because I keep getting "just early" feedback on my strides, no matter when I stride. I've tried when the arm is coming around, when he's releasing the pitch, and even when the pitch is in the air and all I get are stride "just early" or "good".

So, I adjusted the stride slider to the left and to the right (to the extremes, too) and see absolutely no difference. I still get "just early" feedback. I don't think I've seen a "perfect" feedback yet, though in the past I've gotten them occasionally.

Is this something they changed for this year? I don't recall being this off on my swings/strides before.

The stride difficulty slider is best left at the default 5 position that way the game difficulty takes effect, the pitch speed has a greater influence on stride timing than changing the stride difficulty. My preferred settings are to leave the stride difficulty and the timing sliders at default and increase the pitch speed to 6 or 7.

Yeah I left stride at 5 but play with speed at 8, and I get perfect a few times every game depending on who I face.

There's just a few guys that it's almost impossible to get it on.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I made the changes to the sliders and I had two much better games. My timing was better and the hits started falling.
