Beening Playing on coach mode but only controlling the QB. That means i let the running back run & lets the receivers get their own YAC & break their own tackles. in the ccm this will make the running back traits like Fight for extra Yard & brace for hits more useful. but you can coach mode & not control anything if you want.
13 Min Quarters (13Sec Run Off)(i play wit 15 min quarters wit 12 Sec run off)

Penalties (Do NOT Change, Effects Gameplay)(
*Update 4/27/13; orginal in the ()
Offsides 25 (50) (DLine less aggressive but not too much, to Get rid of that LT vs DE/OLB Glitch)
False Start 45(25) (50 to trigger penalty & to get Oline off the ball better than on 25)
Holding 54
Facemask 25 (54) (controls the big hits & actual penalty, lower than 50 makes the high Hit Power & Big hitters stand out, at 54 it makes the penalty trigger a decent amount)
DPI 25 (DB's More Aggressive but Low MCV/AWR/ZCV/PRC will make more mistakes)
OPI 50(50 & higer makes High CIT/SPC/RTE/RLS stand out more, & lower ones Get Pressed on line longer & slower routes etcs..)
PR INT 20(25) (Plays into how the D Reads plays on reverses, counters, draws. wit this LBs Sit and read 1st instead of just attacking the line. which is what LBs are taught to do,this applys for the Whole D, not juss LBs)
Clipping 33 (effects Blocking at the 2nd level)(read a post that said its perfect at exactly 33)
Int.Grounding 50 (higher than 50 QB tend to force more passes, lower the Qb hold the ball for longer. I think on 50 makes how the qb plays depends more on traits; ie. Force Pass )
RTP 54 (anything higher cause it to happen too much, this a good since this a qb protected league)
RTK 15 (the lower it is the more players juss go & hit somebody, even if they try to run out of bounds)
I Pretty Much Play wit The sliders low As Possible except for certain areas, Because I Wanted To See Those 90+ overall players making more Plays (i.e. AP,Revis,Megatron,Von Miller etc..) Than 80s and Below. I Use The Penalties Sliders To Foucus Mostly On Gameplay Since They're Really Broken.
House Rules
As of Right now i play on coach mode but only control the QB, so i let the running backs run. & let the receivers get their own YAC after i throw the ball.
ON Defense I Dont Controll Anybody Or User Pick.If You Do Controll A player on Defense I Would Control One Of The Safeties. I Shift The D-line,Move My LB's Around,Show Blitz,Move Zones To The Middle,Sidelines Etc...No Run Commit Either. Another Thing I Do Is If Im In Man Coverage & i Have A Corner Covering A TE & my LB Covering A Reciever I Flip The Play. Highlighting a player helps.
I Use Ask Madden & Pick One Of The Three Plays It Usuallys Has or You Can Use Game Flow, Juss Dont Use The Same 3 Plays All Game..
Something i cant help is when playing RGII,cam newton or another scrambling qb they tend to ignore the open hole (when scrambling) and run right into the d-line or their own linemen. idk wats wrong wit the AI these days..
you can use audible but only the default audibles that come wit the team
Testing
Still Working On OPI & DPI. Im Trying To Find The Right Balance So That Recievers Like Megatron,Vincent Jackson,Julio Jones Make Big Plays on These No-Name Corners
BUT i Also Wanna See Corners Like Revis,Sherman, ike Taylor,Jabari Greer Take Out Some Of These Lower Rated Recievers. Not necessarily Shutting Them Out The Game But Not Giving Up Big Plays.
For The Most Part The Run Game Is Good. You'll See players like Patrick Willis,Von Miller,Urlacher,Ware Blowing Up Runs,Making TFL,Shedding Blocks,Getting Sacs But You'll Also See Frank Gore,AP,Lynch,Ray Rice Breaking Tackles & Hitting The Hole Quicker (As Far As The AI Goes).
