In a stunning motion of events, Dennis Allen has resigned from the head coaching job, not even coaching one game in Oakland

Why has Allen resigned?

Raider's owner Mark Davis said "Allen had gotten into a fist fight with DT Richard Seymour because Seymour called Allen out on his defensive playbooks, saying that the Engage Eight Route left a huge hole in the pass block area. Allen told Seymour that he had no idea what the f**k he was talking about and to sit down and shut his mouth before he gets released.

Mark Davis also said that "Allen had been disrespectful to Al Davis himself."

Mark Davis did not comment as how Allen had been disrespectful to the late Raiders owner

Mark has signed former Galena High School Grizzles Football Head Coach Joseph Cox

Joe Cox sat in his car, sitting in the parking lot of the Oakland Coliseum.

It's simple Joe, get out of your car, grab your playbooks, get to the training room He thought

He took a deep breath and open his car door, making sure to grab the files labeled "Oakland Offense" and "Forty-Six Defense"

He stepped into the training room where all the players sat.

He saw all of them, sitting in a row of seats, talking and have a general all around good time

He took a deep breath and said "Alright guys, let's settle down."

He smiled as the players all quieted down, he then put on a straight face

"I'm your new Head Coach, Joseph Cox, and before we get started I want to hand out these letters, if your name is called, come and get them."

He sighed and started calling out names
"Joselio Hansen,Jon Condo,Shawntae Spencer,Khalif Barnes,Matt Leinart,Mickey Shuler,Jeremy Stewart,Mike Goodson,Colin Miller,Jason Slowey,Dave Tollefson,Braondon Bair,Vaughn Meatoga,Omar Gaither,Matt Giordano, if your name was called, you have been cut by the Oakland Raiders, we wish you well in your future pursuits."

He stopped and heard the players come up and grab their release papers.

They looked angry, a few cried, but they all left one by one

He sighed in relief

"Let's get to work."

Joe Cox and the team had been running reps since June, they were trying to get used to the 46 defense and the new edits to the old playbook

Joe signed for a 2 Man Under in the Base 46 formation

McClain and Wheeler destroyed Moore on the side line making him drop the pass

"Woah woah woah!" Joe yelled, blowing his whistle

"Jesus Christ guys, that right there is an unnecess. roughness call, That also doesn't help when our offense is made up of players with glass bones and paper skin." *glances over to McFabulous(McFadden)*
"Run that again, but don't murder Moore this time!"
Joe blew his whistle and marveled that they had such heart.
He had never seen a defense that hard hitting.
