Swapping Defensive Positions w/ no Bench Players?

Is there a way you can swap defensive poistions when you have no players left on your bench?

I subbed in my last bench player as a pinch runner for my third baseman. When it came time for the bottom half of the inning, I was going to move that player to 1st base and swap my 1st baseman over to 3rd base but I couldn't because the 'defensive subsitition' was greyed out - due to having no players left on my bench. So I ended up having a normally left handed outfielder/1st baseman finishing the game at 3rd base.

Is there a way to still swap defensive positions when there are no guys left on your bench?

Can't do anything this year, but will be fixed for next year. It was brought up and answered here:
