Adrien Broner vs. Paulie Malignaggi - June 22

I've always enjoyed Malignaggi's style, looking forward to seeing what Broner does in this one.

Really? That's interesting. Paulie does have a lot of craft and ring savvy, but it's hard for me to watch or get excited about a guy that has no chance whatsoever to knock someone out (anyone of quality, anyway).

I give Malignaggi a virtually zero percent chance of winning this fight, but I'd be pleased as punch to be wrong.

Yeah, anybody that Malignaggi knocks out should be in the Glass Jaw Hall Of Fame.

This got me hyped for this match, it will be technical and Paulie must be fearless and throw with power and risk his hands. I think he has the discipline to take this.

I can't wait for more of there talking. Don't think Broner can keep up with Paulie with the trash talk.

What power?

Malignaggi could pull this off if Broner's power loss is too severe. Remember Broner fight as a super featherweight NINE MONTHS AGO.

Keep getting the image of Paulie being bullied by Hatton and Khan just a weight class down.

Spoiler

Paulie is a guy I wish had just a little bit of power. Damn the boxing gods can be so unfair sometimes.

Broner wins in 7

Paulie as you are aware has very fragile hands as does many boxers, so feather-fisted or not he doesn't fully commit to his shots. What I'm saying ia he is at a point in his career where he has to throw caution to the wind. He won't become Hearns, but possibly get Broner to think twice and hesitate.

Broner will be too fast, strong and fearless for this fight to make it past 6 rounds. I have great respect for the career Paulie has carved out he has been a champion and made himself some money. But he could put plaster of paris in his golves and he would still have no chance of stopping Broner let alone winning this fight.

He is the perfect guy for Broner at (147 or is this at 140). He has no power and poses no threat, but is a name that that people recognize and will help to establish him at his new weight.
