Offseason questions

1. do you guys resign most of your minor leaguers

2. I end up with too few players in Dec and end up signing anyone in FA, is this bad?

3. why is offseason so hard in this game

Hey man, my strategy for the offseason is to:
1) Sign all my staff and coaches first, so I know exactly how much money I have to spend on players.
2) Sign all my minor leaguers, especially the A or B potential ones, so I know how much money I have to spend on my major leaguers.
3) And finally, I resign all the players that I need to, and fill any holes in my team.
