How to tell if team is rebuilding

I have noticed trading is easier with rebuilding teams. The Astros are always rebuilding.. Is there anyone else who is rebuilding that is easier to trade with as well?

You can always check by going to manage roster then look on the top right and it will say something like team strategy. Sort through the teams to find out.

I was wondering the same thing, I go to manage roster and it's no where to be found.
