We searched and tried to come with formulas for the Hybrid, but there is not enough good/real data that can be applied to the game.

Seanjeezys numbers are great but they are last years and inaccurate for some players - mainly catchers and 1B

You can get this years numbers from Fangraphs

Uh no... The ratings were pulled straight from Fangraphs and there's a tab in the spreadsheet that is strictly 2012 data...

Jeezy, do you use the speed rating for speed in the game or is there something else you'd use to make decisions on that? I only ask because of steals. Cutch and Marte, based on the ratings, would be able to absolutely fly. But, neither are exceptional base stealers (although Cutch has been better this year) so does stealing impact what you'd put for speed or should there just be a corresponding BR Ability bump down to compensate?

Also, am I correct in assuming that "hands" would be the fielding rating?
