In My Player what are the differences in playing with "default" sliders vs "simulation" sliders?

Also is there a way in My Player mode to adjust individual sliders?

You can't change sliders (Or at least on Xbox/PS3, not sure about PC although I doubt it) yourself, and by changing them in a regular exhibition game, I'm pretty sure simulation just lowers the 3pt success and more things like that, and make the opponent drive more I think. Makes it more of a simulation, and harder. So, if you wanna score a lot, go with default, if you want more of a challenge, go with simulation.

I like the sliders from White Castle, they should add one into 2K14 for dramatic effect.

On PC you can change sliders in My Career easily.
