Long time fan of Strat. Here is a link to check out:

I've played trial versions of Dynasty League online. It is a solid game but the subscription is steep IMO. Strat has nearly every season in history. The ratings and the composition of the game are excellent.

Re: pc replay or strat

I bought PC Replay about three years ago and have been very pleased with it. It's a very polished, direct representation of their tabletop game. There is also a website that will allow you to download player pics, various audio files, etc. that will enhance your gaming experience. Because it's a translation of the board game you can easily see where all the results are coming from as the game displays each player card and chart used to determine the play result.

The owner, Pete Ventura, is very responsive to any issues that might arise either through email or the game's Delphi forum. Customer service is top notch.

I would recommend downloading the free, five-day trial of Replay which will allow you to put the game through it's paces. I had never played the tabletop version of Replay, but after playing the trial I was convinced it was an excellent product and bought it. Even if you aren't familiar with the game there is plenty of information on the Replay website to bring you up to speed.

If there is any weakness to Replay it would be the lack of past seasons that are currently available as compared to Strat, but new seasons are being added. I would take a look at which seasons are available to ensure there is a season you are interested in playing. One of the cool things about Replay is that, should you decide to buy, you can pick the season of your choosing when you initially purchase.

I've only played the tabletop version of Strat, so I don't think it would be honest for me to say that Replay is the better pc game, however, I can say that I haven't regretted my purchase. Download the trial and give it a try; see what you think. Good luck!

I've played both a ton. I prefer PC replay. Quicker pace, i like the interface better, I like the game design better, and there's a ton of great mods for it out there for free.

Yeah, I went ahead and downloaded the trial version and I liked it. I decided on Strat though for now. They have all of the 1980's seasons which are big for me. I picked up 86 and manually playing the Angels and Astros to see if I can reverse their forturnes (that was truly a heartbreaking year of baseball for me having the astros lose the way they did in those NLCS games). I like that Strat has got the ability to draft against you as well.

I agree about the interface. PC Replay is far better than Strat's. And getting started is less expensive. It sucked having to pay $30 bones for the color stadiums (not even really good quality).
