I just was promoted to AAA and after playing a training session, the game loaded back up as normal...my advancement period was over so I clicked "view goals" and saw my new goals. I hit the circle button and the entire thing freezes!

I had to manually shut off the ps3 with the power button. I reload it, lo ad up my rtts again and it takes me to the goal screen again. I hit circle and it does it again!!! I'm loading up the game again now, but afraid to go back into my rtts. Don't want to junk my ps3 or corrupt all my save files or something. Anyone else have this happen???

EDIT: Tried it for a third time and it did it again! I just lost my RTTS and super pissed off now! I don't have a manual save from a previous spot or anything. I've never had this game freeze on me EVER! This is f*d up and I'm pissed!

I just got called up to the MLB in mine, it showed my new goals, then I went in to a practice, then when I finished the practice it froze. It froze 3 times, I'm in the process of deleting it now. I'm all kinds of pissed right now.

Do you guys not make back up saves? I've always got at least 3 saves per player in case something happens.

Nope, no backup saves. Guess I was dumb enough to think I could pay $60 and get a game that doesn't glitch and freeze.

I had this happen to me when I was called up to the majors. Sucks big time. Game stuck can't progress at all and no auto saves either. Last save I have is from an entire calender year earlier.

yea the same thing happen to me when i got called to the majors. this is what i did i made another rtts player, simmed to the major or play a few games with him and saved it. then when back to my main player. saw the goals and it didnt freeze again. hope this helps.
