Franchise Mode Created Players
Has anyone gone through multiple years in Franchise Mode? I'm wondering how the created players attributes are generated this year.

I skipped last year and played MLB 2K11 and all the made up players were great at defense but sucked at hitting, especially in power.

How is Franchise Mode in general? Are the stats realistic? Are the computer controlled teams smart with their decisions?
