Game freezes at worst time, Grrr!

Playing first game of alcs vs angels, after being down 1-0 heading into the top of the ninth, I rallied and scored two runs. Santos comes in and after giving up a leadoff double, strikes out pujols, hamilton and trumbo to seal the victory. Awesome game. During the celebration it cuts to the manager clapping his hands in the dugout and then BOOM, game freezes. So pissed off. Had a great come from behind victory all for not.

Have any of you experienced and game freezes? Hope this is not something that continues to happen. By the way I have the digital version.

Yeah, had a freeze in franchise mode browsing through free agents in the offseason.
