RTTS Push/Pull Hitter

Anyone know how it determines if you are a Pull or Push hitter in RTTS? I can't find the option?

Am I just blind?

It keeps setting me as a push hitter.

Does it get determined by your attributes?

Re: RTTS Push/Pull Hitter

I'd love to know this too. I asked before and I think it was said that it was randomly assigned and was a weighted random. So there would be less extreme tendencies and more of the basic push, pull and balanced ones I think.

Have you tried just making some random RTTS players and checking how random it is? Maybe its not random or what was meant by weighted random was it was determined by the player stats at some level.

Every single time I come out as a Push hitter. I've tried messing with the attributes too. I've made about 7 of them now.

That is weird. Maybe its the sliders when you make a player. Maybe moving it more towards contact gives a push, try all power? I don't know just throwing stuff out there. Anyone else experience anything similar or different? It would be really weird if everyone's RTTS hitter was push.

Re: RTTS Push/Pull Hitter

I got designated as an extreme pull hitter which actually happens to be the case right now as my player pulls just about everything. I guess the fact that at the Double A level, the pitchers constantly through fastballs down the middle doesn't help that.

How did you set your player up?

Strentgh/Speed, Contact/Power wise...

I went a few ticks in the speed, power directions. Nothing extreme. something like 3 or 4 to the right.
