Finisher - Level 3 Bugged?

I was reading the MyCareer thread and read that Finisher Level 3 is bugged. So I have 3 questions.

1) What does it mean for it to be bugged? Not effective at all, overpowered, what?

2) Is it/when will it be fixed?

3) If I buy Level 3 Finisher while it's bugged, and a patch comes out later that fixes it, will the Level 3 Finisher I bought be fixed or still be bugged?

1) From my experience it just doesnt work at all, your more effective taking it off because you miss simple layups so DO NOT buy Finisher 3 TRUST ME

2) No idea but they need to fix this ASAP

3) I would think so but I cant be sure best advice is to not buy it and waste VC. I wouldnt be surprised if 2k doesnt come out with a patch to fix it

Yeah, it seems like it's bugged. This is ridiculous, how the hell has 2k not fixed this? Soo many problems with this game, completely unacceptable. This had better be fixed in the next patch(if they even release one, they don't seem to really care).

Thanks guys. I guess I'll just buy Level 2. I'm sure it's been bigger for a whole but 2K just doesn't care enough to fix it. Thanks.

I've noticed that since I've removed the Finisher sig skill. I have made more inside shots, contact dunks, dunk in traffic, and drew more fouls. Leading me to believe that the Finisher sig skill is rendered useless in this and is better of not being brought at all.

Just get your Layup, Dunk, Shot Inside & Close, SIT, SOD, Strength, and Consistency up as much as you can.

What about in Association? Are there levels of sig skills like in My Player? How would we know what level we are at for the specified sig skill?

Maybe all the signature skills are just a placebo affect, in which we think its doing something but it's just VC badly spent?
