Does anyone know the difference between the 2? I can upgrade either one to Max in MyCareer, and Idk the difference. And, if there is one, does anyone know which would make me more successful?

shot inside are shots with no driving momentum. layups are when u push up down left right with the analog and u do a driving layup animation.shots inside are jumping off two feet right by the rim also or under the basket.
