Accidently converted to Skill Points?

Ok so I made a new association and you know when it asks to overwrite an online save since I had 3, I accidently saved over my "MyCareer" file. I went to dashboard but it was too late. Now when I load it this is what happens. Whenever I load it up I convert to SP. But when I exit MyCareer I go back to VC. How can I change it to where it's always on vc in MyCareer? I hate SP!

Re: Accidently converted to Skill Points?

You can do what i did

I lost 2 mps that way

1st way i lost it. Went 65-4 with lakers and was lost. (heard only way to fix was to start over so i did)

2nd one went 59-0 with the lakers and for some reason myplayer was deleted in there servers when my ps3 shut off.

I ended up calling 2k support and they said only way to fix it. Is if i delete all nba 2k files wait 2 days for my player to be deleted.

I did that and i ended up making anewmyplayer account

Called them back and i got back 310k vc.

Now i just made a brand new mp and owning.

heres the support number

also go there and make a support ticket so when you call them they ahve something to refer too. Screenshots is a must btw.

What screenshots were required? I would like to be prepared when I attempt to do this.

Re: Accidently converted to Skill Points?

Your VC isn't saved onto any files. It's saved on NBA 2k's servers.. which is why it's ONLINE currency. You won't lose VC if you delete files on your harddrive.
