Thanks for asking this question. I only have Gold for NBA and Madden but I'm done with online Madden. If Gold is only needed for Online association and/or playing against another human opponent, then I probably won't renew my subscription, as long as I can still have access to 2K share, roster updates, patches, etc. My understanding, regarding earning VC, is that you just need to be connected with internet (Xbox Silver). Is that correct?
