Equipment update needed

I know this is just a pipe dream but it EA should try and do an equipment update, at least with goalie equipment, So many new pads out there, CCM, New Bauer vintage, Bauer reactors worn by Bryzgalov and Biron, Brian G-netik, etc.

In a recent Q and A on the ea forum. EA Noun i believe said that the manufacturers choose what equipment they would like in the game. It's out of ea's hands

It's frustrating that manufacturer's have a say in this way. It should be they either want their brand in the game or not, then EA would be able to add any style of pads they want. Also frustrating we pay $60+ for a game thats barely playable out of the box, then have to wait for EA to do their tuner updates and patches.


This isn't what youre looking for (new styles) but if you or anyone else want the right colour and style of pads (for the most part) google 'petrpuck' and go to the link, hes got a section devoted to updating the pads in NHL 13. Id paste the link but I haven't hit 5 posts yet so Im still considered a potential threat spammer lol

Just copy and paste the list into WordProcessor or whatever then print it out and you have an equipment handbook at your fingertips :P
