Is this a glitch? I had started the game and played about a quarter, but had to leave so I cut off my PS3. Then, when I booted it up a few days later, it skipped right over it and went directly to the All-Star Game. I am a rookie, and played in the All-Star Game (came off the bench), but it skipped over the Rising Stars Game.

Should I be worried about a glitch or something going wrong?

no it's not a glitch, that happened to me in NBA 2k12 too but quitting mid game causes you to miss out on the event and you won't be able to play it (until next season of course)

There are no lingering affects of it? I don't see the score to the All-Star game, which I played in, or the Rising Stars game. Just making sure I don't need to restart MyPlayer due to a glitch (which would be awful).

Why didn't you save and quit!!!

If your scared of file corruption, there is barely any chance of that happening unless you do something stupid like quit in the middle of a save.

I don't think there are any lingering affects, i'm pretty sure you won't have to restart your MyPlayer too

You should be good.

Only problem I had after an All-Star even is the dunk contest, after I won my whole schedule disappeared for the rest of the season so it simmed me until the playoffs.

Though they fixed it in a patch I think.
