This is fairly tough as I think many teams are overrated in the game.

Nebraska

Offense - A (A lot of players returning Martinez, Abdullah, Heard, Cross, Bell, Enunwa, Turner, and some good O-Linemen)

Defense - B This is a hard one to judge this one as there will be a lot of unproven young players playing that have a lot of hype around them. Secondary should be solid, but there are plenty of question marks in the front 7 (esp. DT).

Special Teams - B+ Not sure who will kick next year (Probably Bondi), but seems to be one group where NU simply reloads.
