How do i put Andy Reid on the Chiefs?

What's with the Chiefs and their fat coaches?

Here is how I got Reid to the Chargers:

1. Started a CC with Norv Turner, and played through the season.
2. "Retired" as Norv, and took over Andy Reid (when you retire as real coaches he will not retire, just lose his job).
3. "Retired" as Reid and took over as the new Chargers coach (Marvin Lewis in this case).
4. "Retired" as Lewis, Reid was given the Chargers job, and I took controll over him.
