Merry Christmas, I have finally finished version 2. This version is hex edited to include short shorts, all the correct jerseys set as default. there will be some equipment edits and some tendency edits forthcoming but for now play around with it and tell me what you think.

Ugghhhhh!!!! Guys I'm frustrated and I don't know if I am going to go on creating rosters! When I joined this site back in 2006 (new account in 2010) guys were putting out rosters because they loved doing them. There weren't hidden motives behind it. It seems like now a days everyone is asking for donations, or trying to gain some sort of instant gratification.

That being said this is part protest and part frustration but I think I am going to just make rosters for myself. I'm sick of seeing guys make rosters on here and ask for donations, I will never do that...never!!!! But at the same time it frustrates me that I put out what I consider to be some quality rosters and I'm going to have to shell out my own cash if I want to get reditor to make my rosters that I share with you all even better.

Sorry just frustrating, maybe I'll change my mind maybe I won't. Thanks for listening anyway.

Dude I just downloaded this roster and WOW!!! These are AWESOME!!!! I can tell you put a lot of work into this. This is the 1st Retro roster of its kind on 2k13 and it is greatly appreciated. You have a great selection of teams in here and you did a great job on the hex edits of shorts. Thank you for this roster man. I am going to have a blast with this.

So this 2k13 roster has 2k12 DLC guys like Dee Brown & Reggie Lewis ? With no black arms?

There are some caps. Not everyone has a cyberface and I dont use generic look a likes.

Reggie Lewis is a Cap, Dee has cyber face because arm color isnt that bad for him

My next project is going to be a full season.... 90-91 then maybe 04-05 or 99-00
