Fun team to play as?

I want to start up another Dynasty, but Im at a loss of who to take.

I would like to play in a major conference and Im open to moving people around if necessary.

I was thinking either Minnesota in the Big Ten (dont know how fun they are), or maybe someone like Texas Tech

Any ideas? Who have you guys enjoyed playing with?

Oklahoma State, Baylor, Arizona, West Virginia are some ones I like.

I always used to get bored with Notre Dame, but this year I can't get enough of playing them since they changed their play style.

I love Texas A&M's version of the Air Raid. I even enjoy watching the way the CPU runs it. On the other hand for some reason Oregon's spread option offense sucks in the hands of the CPU. IDK why. I also love West Virginia's version of the Air Raid. Texas Tech's offense is really nice too.

Northwestern.. two decent QBs one with mobility the other is more of a pocket guy.. stud RB.. WR core is kind of weak.. defense is meh.

Louisville is fun and they're moving to the ACC soon. Both have limited uniform options if you don't download the uniform packs. Northwestern with the packs get a couple new uniform sets.

Colorado is a great rebuilding job if you're into that. Snazzy uniforms IMO but not any talent. Tennessee would be a good rebuild job too. BYU could be fun too with the independent status. Lots of rivalry games for recruiting uses, versatile recruiting pipelines, etc.
