I don't think it's even a question. The Raiders paid Jamarcus Russell a HUGE amount of money and he contributed nothing the their franchise. Now, he's completely out of the league. All of the other guys still in the league and contributing in some fashion.

JaMarcus Russell may have bust on the football field but he bust the Raiders bank and I loved every second of it. I'm not even mad at him because they should have never given him that much money in the first place and he knew it.

Worst thing about Russell was that he showed talent and ability, he just didn't want it.

Russell no question. Even worse when you consider that the guy taken #2 that year is about to break the record for receiving yards in a season, while Russell is out of the league.
