No situation game mode?

What happened to the Situation game mode? I loved that mode lol. I used to like to put historical situations and play it out myself. As I remember 2k11 had it, idj about 2k12. But why was it taken off?

Has been out since 2K12, but like Crew and Blacktop last year, we aren't 100% sure.

I could have sworn I played Situation mode in either 2k12 or 2k13.
