SB's Post-Patch, All-Star Slider Set

SB's Post-Patch, All-Star Slider Set (VTCRB/Eaglerock Roster Edit Specific)

These are meant to be used in correlation with: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ster-edit.html

This does not mean these sliders will not work with other rosters, but this is the roster used to design this slider set.

I've decided to go with something different than my past sliders, and I think the result is really great.

Notes:

-RUN PLAYS MUST BE SET AT 1. As everyone knows the Run Plays slider is seemingly reversed, so setting it at 1 tends to make teams play like themselves and work within their offense and defense and not play Run N Gun all game.

-Player Speed is very important. I am strictly an Association player, I don't play Quick Games often, so I always have the option of Player Speed. Set this at 15. This paired with the game sliders Speed of 65-70 makes for great animations/reactions.

-Don't let the All-star difficulty fool you, these sliders are tough. If you get down and don't adjust, the CPU will stomp all over you. That's basketball. Play smart ball, take smart shots, make smart passes, you should have a great chance at success.

-Don't assume you/CPU are out of it. I haven't really seen much gameplay with this set that I can attribute to CPU Cheese. Almost any deficit can be trimmed with smart play on both sides of the ball.

-Box out. Whenever a shot goes up, whoever you are controlling, box out. This will raise the rate at which your team mates box out. Otherwise you might get beaten on the glass.

-Give the CPU an open shot, they'll take it. Don't slack off the CPU on any possession. Give them an open 3 and they'll pop it. When playing perimeter defense, stay close to your man, but not too close to not account for the drive.

-Use Offensive/Defensive strategies. If the CPU is pounding you down low, choose Lock Down Paint. If you're getting lit up from outside, Pressure Shooters. You must make adjustments on both sides of the ball, through out the whole game.

-Players follow the ball. This means that players on the defensive side of the ball, will take into account where the ball is and where its going to make smart defensive plays and blocks. You'll see realistic contests for both jumpers and layups. Great stuff.

I didn't see I was testing these on Superstar LOL. Making some tweaks now for All-Star difficulty. Should be out tomorrow.

Sorry for the mishap.

when you only have one number does that mean it is the number for both user and cpu

and when you have two numbers like 55/45 which is first the user? or cpu?

thanks! cant wait to try these out
