topic. Obviously I know they reflect my execution and timing in various things, but what do they actually mean? What do the three sections refer to? I just can't decode this strange and ancient language.

Yeah. When it's green you're within your range, yellow is when you're at the edge of your range and red is when you're out of your range. As your stamina decreases so does your range.

Shot timing, Shot feedback

The first one with the shooter is whether the ball is blocking your vision(front of head), out of your vision (behind head) or just above the head, which is the correct positioning.

The seconds one is how hard you are shooting the ball relative to your distance from the basket.

The third one is whether your hands are on the ball correctly, affecting the trajectory and spin of the ball. Proper thumb placement on the stick is crucial here.

The letter grade depends on your effort. You are given higher grades by your teachers if you play well, so that you can continue playing on the team so they have a better chance of winning.

the second is not strictly "range", but it's more if your taking "your shot" according to the player's ratings and hot zones. Excellent 3pt shooters could have it yellow/red when they shoot mid-range or close to the basket
