PLEASE HELP! THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!

I have searched the web for days and found nothing about this possible glitch. When I first got the game shot feedback worked in all modes and gave me my free throw feedback as well. Now for the past week the shot feedback will not work other than in my player. I have tried everything I can think of to make it work and yet with it on or timing only or whatever it only works in my player.

Anyone heard of this issue before and know how to fix it???

Are you using real fg% for the other modes? thats the only thing I can think it might be.
