Realest PS3 Rosters your gonna get - GSing50 V2

Hey all. I just did my version of a roster update. I've been working on it since before 2k came out with the garbage ones. This time I promise this roster uploaded properly and it's not the default 2k one. I've added the following to my roster:

All missing players - Small names like Brian Roberts and Cory Higgins to guys like Singler and Greg Smith

Almost ALL of the legendary teams updated. What I did was download Player DNA's for all of the missing players that were available DNA's for. After the Knicks team in the 70's and before, I had a hard time finding those older players. But everything else is legit I'm telling ya.

Updated Rookie Ratings - For some reason 2K likes to hate on the rookies. I mean is Andre Drummond really a 59 overall??? Absolutely not. In fact in 2k12 he was a 71 in lots of mock drafts uploaded. All rookies that were drafted aren't lower than a 60 overall. The top flight guys got nice ratings, while guys like Leonard and Zeller have 68 overalls. Much more realistic.

Updated Player Ratings - I tweeked quite a few of the player's ratings that weren't rookies. For instance, I moved guys Nate Robinson down from a 78 overall to a 71 Grant Hill from a 77 to a 74 overall etc. This gives a more realistic look to 2k's roster ratings and I hope you guys enjoy that.

Finally I updated all player numbers and rotations I sorta forgot about, but they aren't terrible. Forgive me on that part, but I was more focused on the players ratings and the legends. Also For some reason 2k didn't know Kemba Walker, Gerald Henderson, Matt Carrol, and DeSeana Diop all changed their numbers this off season for the Bobcats.. Yeah those numbers are all fixed including Kevin Martin, Jeremy Lamb, and Cole Aldrich's from the Harden trade.

I hope you ALL enjoy this roster. I worked real hard on it, and I would love feedback.

right after I released this roster... Matt Carroll was traded for Hakim Warrick. So you guys are gonna have to make that minor change!

Thanks for your work on this. If you're up for the challenge, you may want to put some extra time on the legendary teams. I fixed all of the legendary teams on 2k12 so there was not a single "filler" player and all rotations were very consistent with actual stats. Unfortunately, 2kshare for 2k12 went down before I could upload it for everyone. In any event, I just wanted to let you know my basis for saying this -- so I can look at someone's legendary rosters and see if they are accurate or not. For instance, if you're being really detailed, Kareem is actually "Lew Alcindor" on the 70-71 Bucks and Kobe didn't start on the '97-98 Lakers. Also, Barkley needs to be rated more realistically on the '84-85 76ers as that was his rookie year where he averaged 14 points and 8.6 rebounds per game -- way off his career years. Add Andrew Toney to the 76ers as well. I'm not trying to be picky, but just saying if you want to be "the realest," you can do a lot more with those legendary teams. Hope that helps!

First off, I did change Kareem's name to Lew Alcindor. I thought I added Toney but guess I didn't. Also, Barkley was just a hard one to find because there were so many out there. What do you recommend his rating be? And do you have the legendary rosters completed and created the missing ones in the early 70's and 60's... There's like 5 or 6 teams that don't have player DNA's for. If you did do DNA's for them could you possibly upload them? if not it's cool, but I would appreciate the help. Thanks for you compliment man.

No worries, man. And don't take my comments as negative feedback -- just pointing out what you need to do to take the roster to the next level. It took me a significant amount of time to get all of the legendary rosters right for 2k12. I'm still doing minor tweaks even now when I see something that could be better but it feels good to have a really solid roster set that is probably the most accurate around. Even with all of the created players, I still had to edit most of them -- which were close -- but lacked certain details or were not rated properly and then I had to create about 6-8 on my own to get rid of all of the "filler" players on the rosters. I may be able to help you but I need to do this over time and upload created players periodically (just can't afford to spend a block of time like I did on 2k12). I'll see what CAPs are out there but I already have an idea of which ones I'll need to create (which no one did last year). Also, I'm going to start creating a list of the best CAPs of each player.
